Please read and understand these rules before participating in any competition. Fair play and ethical conduct are the foundation of our cybersecurity community.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the incident. The organizers' decision is final. Appeals may be submitted through official channels with supporting evidence.

General

General Competition Rules

All participants must compete fairly and ethically. Any form of cheating, including but not limited to sharing solutions, using automated tools without permission, or attacking other participants, is strictly prohibited.

Platform

Platform Usage

Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Report any technical issues immediately. The platform may undergo maintenance during the competition with prior notice.

Prizes

Prizes and Awards

Winners will be announced at the end of each competition. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of announcement. Prize distribution is subject to verification of participant eligibility.

Prohibited

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: attacking the CTF infrastructure, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other participants' accounts, sharing flags or solutions during the competition, and any form of harassment.

Registration Requirements

Participants must register with valid information. Only one account per person is allowed. Team registrations must include all team member details.

Scoring

Scoring and Ranking

Points are awarded based on challenge difficulty and submission time. In case of ties, the participant who achieved the score first will be ranked higher. The organizers reserve the right to adjust scores if necessary.

Submission Guidelines

All flags must be submitted through the official platform. Flags are case-sensitive unless otherwise specified. Multiple submissions are allowed, but only the final submission will be considered.

Technical

Participants may use any programming language or tool unless specifically restricted. All solutions must be original work. Participants are responsible for their own technical setup and internet connectivity.

Final Authority

The organizing committee reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters related to the competition. This includes disqualification, rule interpretation, and dispute resolution.
